ALMOST ALL SEXUALLY ACTIVE PEOPLE GET AN STI AT SOME POINT IN THEIR LIFE.

When getting tested, it’s important to ask your healthcare provider to test all sites on your body where you’ve had sexual contact—including the throat and rectum—for chlamydia and gonorrhea.

A general urine screening isn’t enough to confirm that you have a negative STI status.

If you run into questions, please contact the clinic where you received testing.
